Friendly sellers, she helped me customized the Cai Yuan Gun Gun and got it ready promptly. The cardboard is very sturdy and nicely printed on directly, not like the usual cheap cardboard boxes materials or cardboard with stickers. I have never seen this kind of printing before but there's a nice glow to the surface, making the golds look very premium. Highly recommended!

Finally a house that is big enough for my little poodle Thomas! Sophia from Customer Service is very patient and help me to customise Thomas' name. The design is very pretty and fit in my living room well. Now Thomas can watch TV with me from his little place.
