Refund and Exchange Policy

At Jajone, we take utmost care in checking every item and all packages are hand-packed by us.

For the products are made-to-order, customers will not be eligible for a refund or replacement for:

  • errors which occur from a typing error you may have made when ordering;
  • defects that are the result of ordinary wear and tear or abnormal use;
  • or if you have changed your mind

Please ensure spelling is checked before an order is completed. Nearly all our products are made-to-order, according to your specifications, so we can’t accept returns when the customer has changed their mind.

If something is missing from your order, or if you've received a defective or damaged item, kindly contact us at hello@jajone.com with your proof of purchase and/or details of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item(s), based on the delivery date indicated in our system. We won't be able to look into any disputes beyond 7 days of receipt of the item(s).

For defects/damage to be considered for a refund or replacement, kindly:

  • Send a photo of the outer packaging if there are dents or damage
  • Send a photo of the defect (i.e. broken/chipped part) with the corresponding piece(s) that have broken off

We're happy to review disputes as long as issues are not pertaining to misuse, neglect, wear & tear, and accidents. Our team will be in touch within 2 weeks of receiving your email. It is within our sole discretion to grant an exchange or a refund.


RETURNS

To do a return, customers can make their way to Jajone Living HQ (No.1 Fifth Lok Yang Road, Singapore 629753; Mon-Fri 9:00AM-6:00PM, Sat 9:00AM-1:00PM)

We can only accept returns of products that are unused & in their original packaging.

Returned item will be assessed and customer will be notified after 5 working days if the returned item is eligible for return.

(Please attach a note with the order Number to the return , E.g. #1005)

If Return is not accepted, Customer may:
- Collect back the items at the point of return; OR
- Request to send back item with Jajone appointed courier (S$7)

If Return is accepted :
Jajone Points equivalent to the item returned will be credited to your account for future purchases.
$1.00 = 1 Points
$69.90 = 69 Points
 
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
