Snap, Post and Win 5 x S$20 CapitaVoucher with Cai Shen Ye 2022

1. This contest is open only to individuals residing in Singapore.

There are no restrictions on the number of entries users can submit on either Facebook or Instagram. However, one user will only be entitled to one prize.

2. Submitted photo entries must feature Jajone's original design Cai Shen Ye God Of Wealth Decorative Shelf (Small, Medium and Large) with Jajone branded logo as shown in the photos.

3. All entries must be submitted to Jajone Living Facebook or Jajone Living Instagram by 15 January 2022. Late entries will not be accepted and shall be disqualified.

4. Digital manipulation that distorts the reality of the photographs is not allowed. Only basic enhancements such as sharpening, contrast adjustment, conversion of colour images to be black and white are allowed.

5. By participating in this contest, the contestant warrants that he/she has not trespassed into any areas closed to the public and has put the welfare of the subject (if applicable) foremost and has not obtained the photograph via any unethical means.

6. Jajone reserves the right to disqualify any entry which contains: 

• Political or religious connotations or views, pornography, obscenity, vulgarity, hatred, bigotry, racism or gratuitous violence; and/or

• Material which is offensive, injurious, obscene, vindictive, indecent, immoral, aggressive, sexually oriented, racist, derisive, slanderous, discriminatory, or in any other way not in line with good taste and decency.

7. All photo entries must be original works and must not breach copyright of any third party (only upload images of your own creation).

8. Jajone may request personal details from winners to facilitate prize collection. If a winner is not able, for any reason, to accept or collect the prize, or does not respond to Jajone within 10 working days of our first attempt of notifying them, Jajone reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.

9. Prizes are subject to availability. Jajone reserves the right to substitute any prize at its sole and absolute discretion.

10. Prizes are non-exchangeable and not transferable. 

11. Contest entries submitted for this competition may be reproduced, modified or displayed in whole or in part by Jajone on any other platform, app or website owned, operated or licensed by Jajone, for publicity, promotional and/or marketing purposes.

12. At the end of the content, all valid entries will be evaluated and judged by a panel of Jajone at their sole and absolute discretion.

13. Participant’s personal information provided will be used by Jajone Pte Ltd for the purpose of conducting the contest and will be managed in accordance with the requirements of PDPA. By sending your contact details (name, address, telephone number and email address), you agree for these details to be added to Jajone Pte Ltd's database for marketing and promotional purpose of products and services. Your information will be kept confidential and not shared with any third party. 14. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

15. Jajone reserves the right to cancel, extend or amend the contest and the terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the contest or these terms and conditions will be updated on this landing page on Jajone's official website jajone.com.
